Summer conditioning has started with some but not all teams participating.  Many of our teams have opted to continue with virtual conditioning due to the many rules and guidelines that need to be followed. The schedule is as follows:

Varsity BBBall:         Mon/Thurs                        12:30pm – 1:30pm            Outdoor Courts/Track (1 group)

Varsity/JV GBBall:  Tues/Thurs                        9:00am – 11:00am            Outdoor Courts (1 group), Outside tennis courts or track (1 group) (Varsity) (JV)

Varsity/JV FH:         Tues/Wed/Thurs             8:00 am – 10:00 am Stober Field (2 groups – split on opposite ends of field), Stadium Turf (1 group)

Varsity/FS Football: Tues/Thurs                      3:30 pm – 5:30 pm Stadium Turf (2 groups – split on opposite ends of field), Stober Field (2 groups – split on opposite ends of field) (Varsity) (FS)

Cheer:    Mon/Wed                                               3:30pm – 5:30pm             Stadium Turf (1 group)

All teams have to leave the school grounds no more than 10-15 minutes after practice ends.  Late practicing teams have to be off the school grounds by 5:40 pm at the latest.  Parent waivers and check-in forms can be received from the coaches.
